Before You Book Ground Transport in Bogotá
El Dorado Has Two Terminals
El Dorado International Airport (BOG) has a main terminal and Puente Aéreo, about two kilometers apart and not walkable between them. Several domestic flights leave from Puente Aéreo, and travelers get dropped at the wrong one more often than you would expect. We confirm the terminal against your flight number.
Altitude and Traffic Shape Every Drive
Bogotá sits at 2,640 meters and runs more than 30 kilometers north to south, so the same trip can take 20 minutes or an hour. Peak windows run 6:30–9:00 in the morning and 16:30–19:30 in the evening. Your driver picks the corridor for the hour: Calle 26 toward the center and north, the NQS for Chapinero, Avenida La Esperanza for Salitre and Corferias.
One Fixed Number
There is no meter and no surge. Tell us the route, the date and the passengers, and we send back a fixed quote in USD, confirmed before you book. It holds through rush hour, through rain, and through the nights when app pricing multiplies. Weighing the options? Read our guide to using Uber in Bogotá.

Choose Your Type of Transfer
Four ways to book a driver, all with the same vetted driver, insured vehicle and fixed number agreed up front.

Airport Transfers
Meet and greet inside arrivals with a 'Safe Transfers' sign, flight tracking included. If your flight is delayed, your pickup moves with it at no extra charge.
